Neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed counselling and art therapy for adults. In person in the Adelaide Hills or online, always at a pace your nervous system can hold.
Stirling, Adelaide Hills · NDIS self and plan managed welcome

The actual room you'll sit in. Soft light, no fluorescents, sensory-friendly on purpose.
Some people arrive through words, some through making things and some through reading a story that sounds like their own. All three lead to the same warm room.

One-on-one talk therapy for trauma, burnout, late-identified autism and ADHD. 60 minutes, in person or telehealth.

Art that moves slowly and lands softly. Tactile, neuro-affirming creative sessions where making replaces talking.
Two memoirs on late diagnosis, unmasking and coming home to yourself. Written by someone who has lived it.

I'm a counsellor and art therapist with a late autism diagnosis of my own. That lived experience sits at the heart of how I work: slow, sensory-aware and deeply respectful of the parts of you that feel "too much" or "not enough".
Many of the people I support are neurodivergent, creative or quietly carrying long histories of coping alone. Together we move gently, through talking, art-making or simply sitting with what's there.
There's no checklist to qualify for support. If any of this feels familiar, that's enough.
The kind that comes from years of masking, caring for others or pushing through sensory fatigue.
The relief, grief and self-rebuilding that can follow an autism or ADHD discovery.
Needing a space that honours pacing, quietness and the body's signals.
Feeling lost, numb or unsure who you are beneath years of coping strategies.
The subtle, chronic forms that shape how you trust, attach and protect yourself.
Longing to reconnect with your inner world, expression or imagination.
"A late autism diagnosis can rewrite a lifetime. This is the story of how."
Fragmented Yet Whole traces the journey from masking and misunderstanding to self-compassion and belonging. Becoming Me, Neurodivergently continues the story through unmasking and becoming.
No forms to get wrong and nothing to prepare. Just a gentle conversation to see whether we're a good fit, at your pace.
